JSON Translate provides tools to translate JSON content to multiple languages. The service is offered on a subscription basis (Basic and Pro), with a free tier for limited usage.

You must create an account using Google Sign-In or email and password. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

• No unlawful, harmful, or abusive use of the service.
• No attempts to gain unauthorised access or disrupt service integrity.
• No submission of malicious code or content that violates third‑party rights.

Paid plans are billed via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel any time via the customer portal; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

If you believe a charge is in error, contact support within 7 days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify features, pricing, or the service with reasonable notice for material changes.

We collect account information (email, display name), usage data, and payment metadata (via Stripe). We store translation usage metrics and may cache translations to improve performance. We do not sell personal data.

• Authentication: Firebase Authentication.
• Data storage: Firebase Firestore.
• Payments: Stripe (card data handled by Stripe only).
• Emails: MailerSend for transactional emails.
• Analytics: Google Analytics (GA4) on the website.

Translation text submitted through the app is processed to provide translations and related product functionality. We may temporarily cache translation results to improve performance and reduce repeat processing.

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your account data by contacting support at orders@json-translate.com. Some records (e.g., invoices) may be retained as required by law.

We implement industry practices including Firebase security rules, HTTPS, and least‑privilege access. You must keep your credentials secure and notify us of any suspected breach.

You retain rights to your content. By using the service, you grant us a limited licence to process content solely to provide the service (including translation, caching, and improving quality).

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your access ceases; certain obligations (payment, confidentiality) survive.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JSON Translate is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
